- Account information — name, email address, and profile picture provided when you sign in via Google or another OAuth provider.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, generation activity, and session metadata to improve the service.
- Content you create — websites, templates, and associated assets you generate or upload while using Yuzzah.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and error logs collected automatically.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and maintain the Yuzzah service.
- To authenticate your account and manage your session.
- To track usage against your plan's generation limits.
- To improve and develop new features based on aggregate usage patterns.
- To send transactional emails such as password resets or billing receipts.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers to operate Yuzzah. Each processes data only as necessary to provide their respective service:
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.
- PostHog — product analytics (anonymized event data).
- Stripe — payment processing for Pro subscriptions. We do not store your payment card details.
- Anthropic / OpenAI — AI model providers that process your prompts to generate website content.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies set by PostHog can be opted out of via your browser settings or a Do Not Track signal.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to restrict or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption, secure credential storage, and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Yuzzah is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Yuzzah after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
